Damian Kloosterman (March 28, 1994, Sneek, NL) studies Law (at the University of Groningen) Since his early childhood, Damian is fascinated by everything involving soccer. He played at amateur level at, among other, ONS BOSO Sneek. When he was 19 Damian started investigating the magic world of intermediaries (players agents at that time). The profession of intermediary perfectly fits his study and his biggest passion, soccer. Since 2014 Damian is KNVB licensed intermediary and since 2016 he is also a certified scout. Damian has an extended network in the Netherlands and far abroad en coordinates all activities of Soccer Intermediary Pro.

Martin Kloosterman (October 4, 1995, Sneek, NL) is sales manager and already completed a couple of commercial, economical and sports studies. Martin is, just like his older brother, heavily infected by the soccer virus en played in his younger days very attractive soccer at ONS BOSO Sneek, where he also trained the youngsters of the club. Martin joined Soccer Intermediary Pro in the beginning of 2017. Martin is also KNVB licensed intermediary and since the beginning of 2017 certified scout. Martin takes care of the contacts with players and clubs in the Netherlands and across the borders and is a proven talented intermediary with an eye for young talents and talented older players. With his CIOS diploma Personal Trainer he also can support our players physically.
